Dissemination Grant

Help your research reach the people who can use it.

The Research Dissemination Grant is an initiative of the Institute of AI in Education (IAIED), Singapore (UEN 53487769M). It supports approved costs of sharing research through conferences, journal publications, scholarly books and other agreed dissemination activities.

01 / The opportunity

Share evidence. Extend its reach.

Research dissemination helps findings reach researchers, educators and practitioners. Applicants can propose support for costs directly related to communicating their research, with the activity and budget agreed with IAIED in writing.

Conference participation

Propose conference registration and presentation costs, poster production, and necessary travel and accommodation for an agreed research dissemination activity.

Journal publications

Propose article processing or open-access publication charges and other publication costs relevant to the agreed research output.

Books & other outputs

Propose approved book or chapter publication costs, and preparation or accessibility costs for agreed research dissemination materials.

These are examples of costs that may be considered. The award letter confirms eligibility, amount, covered items, payment arrangements and duration. Email IAIED for current availability and any deadlines; this page does not announce a fixed funding round or guarantee an award.

02 / Plan your dissemination

Find an audience for your work.

The examples below are starting points for AI in education research. Choose a venue that fits your question, methods and intended audience, and include the proposed venue and its current requirements in your application.

Check current scope, review model, fees and any indexing requirements with the venue and your institution. Grant support is separate from editorial acceptance. Listing a venue does not establish a partnership or guarantee funding, acceptance or indexing.

The AIED conference and the International Journal of Artificial Intelligence in Education are associated with the International AIED Society, a separate organisation from the grant provider, the Institute of AI in Education (IAIED), Singapore.
